Bionic Eye Illustration Pulls Top 2011 AIMBI Award

Thank you Australian Institute of Medical and Biological Illustration (AIMBI) for awarding top prize to our illustration series on the Australian version of the Bionic Eye.

The award went to a summary from an extensive series completed earlier this year. The series included depictions of normal eye anatomy, details of retinal anatomy and various disease processes, variations on implant devices, and how the implanted system might work together with external camera glasses.
